About Me



Jay has always been in the “people business.” He finds pleasure in giving back to the community.  Jay has enjoyed serving as a Community Liaison Officer for the Police Department, a little league coach, President of his neighborhood HOA, and a volunteer Sunday school teacher. Jay’s greatest gift is helping others.




Jay understands that purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments a person will make in their lifetime. The process can be overwhelming and may bring a mixture of emotions. Selling your home for the optimal return on your investment is equally important.  Hence, choosing the right Realtor to assist you through the process is your first and most important step. Jay lived a good portion of his life in New York where he attended college and earned his Bachelor degree. After graduating, Jay joined the NYPD for about 5 years. In 2007, he moved his family to Charlotte North Carolina and transferred to CMPD. Jay has over ten years of law enforcement experience. During his tenure in law enforcement, Jay attended advance training and earned numerous certifications in computer forensics and network security.


Jay along with his wife and two children live in a small hobby farm in the Weddington area. Their family includes two dogs, a horse and a miniature donkey. He loves to travel and explore local cuisine.
